Women employees and members of TRF observing International Women’s Day.

Taking cue of the theme ‘Be Bold For Change’ from the International Women’s Day forum, TRF ladies, consisting of lady employees and associates, members of TRF Ladies Association which is a registered NGO, teachers and girl students from ‘Astitva’ and teachers from ‘Akshar’ visited the Gandhi Leprosy Ashram, Baradwari and distributed essential household items to the inmates with the objective improving their quality of life. The International Women’s Day at TRF was observed meaningfully by ladies by providing solutions to problems of the residents of the Ashram in their daily lives.

Earlier, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the ladies conducted several awareness sessions, related to women achievers and on handling male members in the social surrounding for the benefit of the lady employees at JRD Tata Learning Centre..

On personal side, Mr Deshpande is an avid trekker and nature lover.
