Senior leadership of TRF – Mr PS Reddy (centre), Mr Rakeshwar Pandey, Mr PK Tibdewal and office bearers of Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union – jointly cutting the cake at the annual performance meet.

TRF’s annual performance meet was held today in the presence of its senior leadership, office bearers of the Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union (TRFLU) and senior executives and officers of the Company. While the Company’s performance in fiscal 2016-17 was discussed many achievements were shared during the programme. The challenges that the Company expects to meet successfully in FY 2017-18 was highlighted by the senior leadership of the Company.

Mr PK Tibdewal, COO-BMHB spoke about the performance of the bulk material handling business of the Company and suggested numerous steps that could help us to further improve the performance of the company in future.

Mr Rakeshwar Pandey, President, TRFLU, congratulated the employees for their contribution in the successful performance of the Company and emphasized that our performance has an impact on all our colleagues and the Company. He also drew attention to some social issues and the role all us have to play as responsible citizens.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr PS Reddy, MD, TRF highlighted the most significant achievements of the Company and of companies in TRF group. He outlined the shortcomings in the last financial year and the shared possible opportunities for the Company in FY 2017-18.
