Its my privilege to present to you one more issue of Speed@TRF, our electronic house journal. Besides it being my first, this issue is important as it is filled with reports on new product developments, updates on our coal handling projects, corporate social responsibility achievement, reviews on past events and throws the spotlight on some of the people of TRF, who inspire and generate energy among co-employees.
The latest issue of Speed@TRF is a true reflection of the challenging times that the Company is going through. However, despite the odds, there is a sense of purpose and commitment among its people. This is evident in the desire to leverage digital technologyto innovate products, undertake manufacturing of equipment with specifications that were never scaled before. It is visible in the energy level of its people to undertake team building activities and in the sense of pride in reaching out to the community through welfare activities.
I am delighted to share with you that we have launched a new business vertical called Life Cycle Services (LCS). LCS will comprise a dedicated after sales team with the aim to maximize revenue and enhance contribution by optimizing the life cycle cost of our products. LCS aims to ensure seamless integration of services and spare supplies and deliver a trouble free and delightful experience to customers using TRF equipment.
I am confident that soon we will successfully adopt and implement many structural and meaningful changes in the Company that will make us stronger and more capable of responding to changes that are likely to sweep this industry in the days to come.
